Digital Products (PDF Materials)

We offer digital PDF study materials for TNPSC exam preparation. All our digital products come with a "One-time Payment for Life-time Access" model. Since these are intangible digital goods that are instantly delivered/unlocked upon purchase, we strictly do not offer any refunds or cancellations once the payment is successful.

Physical Products (Books)

For physical books ordered through our website:

• Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our end by contacting our support team.
• Replacement: If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with valid proof (video/photos). We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
